- The game ships with an OpenGL32.dll file within its base folder that's taken directly from Windows 7 for some unfathomable reason. Because of the way Windows loads DLL files, this causes the game to load that incorrect DLL file instead of the actual OpenGL32.dll file that ships with Windows, which in turn causes the Steam overlay and all of the functions that depends on it such as Steam Input and its controller related functionalities to fail to hook the game properly.
