Resident Evil Village is a survival horror game developed and published by Capcom. It is the eighth main installment in the Resident Evil series, and a narrative sequel to Resident Evil 7: Biohazard. The game was announced at the PlayStation 5 reveal event in June 2020 and released on May 7, 2021.[1] It also includes the post-release online multiplayer mode Resident Evil Re:Verse.
A demo version of Resident Evil Village was announced at the Resident Evil Showcase on April 15, 2021. The demo was originally set to be accessible only for 24 hours on May 1, 2021 but due to extensive feedback was made available from May 2, 2021 to May 10, 2021.[2][3]

|
- Download and open this Cheat Engine table.
- Run the game, and wait for startup videos to be end (or skip them). This is important, otherwise the patch will crash the game.
- When you'll be at the main menu, click on the checkbox near "
Disable_Patch_AA " in the Cheat Engine table. A new memory record called "TAA " will pop up and will be set to 5 (which means it is disabled, along with the sharpening filter)
- You need to select TAA in the game's graphics menu.

Issues unresolved
Performance drops while using ray-tracing
- Restarting the game occasionally on long play sessions fixes the issue. Lowering the texture quality option also helps keeping VRAM usage low.[9][10]
Issues fixed
- Update Windows 10 to version 2004 or newer.[11][12]
Crash on startup
Stuttering (killing enemies, taking damage, etc.)
Reduce textures setting if graphics card's VRAM is getting exceeded
