DiRT 4 is a singleplayer and multiplayer simulation racing game developed and published by Codemasters. It is part of the Colin McRae Rally series.

Unlike past DiRT titles which has bespoke rally tracks, DiRT 4 features procedurally generated stages.

The Windows version of the game was released on June 9, 2017, while the MacOS X and Linux versions of the game, ported by Feral Interactive, were released on March 28, 2019.

The game was delisted from Steam on November 8, 2022.[4]

The game can send telemetry data to supported software like SimHub and devices like motion platforms, bass shakers and telemetry displays through the UDP protocol. Also support D-Box haptic/motion platforms through a proprietary protocol.[5] Requires editing the hardware_settings_config.xml file to enable them. (See Enable telemetry)
