- The support for supplementary features like the gyroscope, back buttons and haptic feedback varies between models, type of connection, and games/software.
- Controller has trigger vibrations similar to Xbox's Impulse Trigger Vibration and DualSense's Adaptive Triggers.
- Official software does not let use LCD screen as DualShock's lightbar.

Support In Games
- Support for some controller features may be only available on certain systems. Refer to game-specific articles for details.
Games with motion control support
For a list of games, see List of games that support tracked motion controllers in non-VR gameplay.
- Number of games which natively support motion controls is limited and gyro support is still not a PC standard.
Games with LED lights support
- Number of games which support LED lights is limited and LED lights support is still not a PC standard. There is no game which supports Flydigi Apex 3's LEDs natively.
- Aurora, a third party, open source solution for handling RGB lighting is not supporting this controller.
- Steam Input configuration is not allowing control of the LED lights on this controller.
- reWASD application do not support LED lights yet, but work is in progress.
Games with Dual Vibration and Fine Tuned Control support
- Controller has asymmetric vibrating motor with multiple speed levels enhances immersion in games. Linear Trigger buttons can provide performance in multiple stages. Alone with the Japanese ALPS rocker with metal ring and POM sheet combination for a more realistic real-time gaming experience.[1]
- There is no available application which translates Impulse Trigger Vibration or Adaptive Triggers signals into Apex triggers vibration.
Games with XInput button prompts
- Total number of games: Error 1140: In aggregated query without GROUP BY, expression #1 of SELECT list contains nonaggregated column 'pcgamingwiki_cargo.cargo__Input._pageID'; this is incompatible with sql_mode=only_full_group_by (mysql01.mysql.pcgamingwiki-14662257-production.svc.cluster.local)

.
- The controller's button positions and colors, and the amount of buttons, differ considerably from those of other Xbox controllers. As such, the list below should be treated with some caution.
- Please note, that this is only list for games that offer XInput button prompts.
- Some may require use of Xbox 360 controller emulation. Refer to game-specific articles for details.
