Key points
- Based on the International editions of Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X-2, which added additional content to both games.
- As with the PS4 version, players can choose between original or rearranged music for Final Fantasy X (X-2 never had rearranged music).
- Players can only skip some FMV cutscenes, no way to skip in-game cutscenes and certain FMVs.
- This release adds an auto-save mode; all three games are now automatically saved when entering another area (X, X-2) or ascending one floor (Last Mission).
- Includes PC-exclusive boosters:
- F1 = Turbo (2x and 4x; does not affect menus or cutscenes, and disables sound effects in battles)
- F2 = "Supercharge": characters gain full health at the start of their turn (X, Last Mission) or extremely rapidly during combat (X-2). Also fills Overdrive gauges in X (must be toggled off and on again for aeon Overdrives).
- F3 = Adjust the rate of enemy encounters between normal, greatly increased, or none at all.
- F4 = Auto-battle (all party members automatically use the basic Attack command each round).
- F5 = Toggles the HUD on/off.
- Includes gameplay hacks (press Escape to access each one. They are permanent, unless the player doesn't save):
- Get all items (get 99 of each item in the game excluding key items)
- Unlock all skills
- Max Gil
- Frame rate is capped at 30 FPS. One fan is currently working on an 60 FPS mod.[1]
