Field of view (FOV)[edit]

Custom FOV with Patrxgt's fix[citation needed]
  1. Download FOV fix.
  2. Extract the desired FOV files to the configuration file(s) location.
  3. Run the game and press any movement key (WSAD) to change in-game Field of View
Returning to the default settings removes FOV fix
Warning! Using MOHAWeapon.ini, might break aiming through sights, by causing constantly flickering FOV.
Custom FOV with Medal Of Honor Airborne Redux[citation needed]
  1. Download Medal of Honor: Airborne Redux.
  2. Extract the desired FOV files to the configuration file(s) location.
  3. Run the game and press any movement key (WSAD) to change in-game Field of View
Redux also features other changes, namely to the AI. It is possible to use the mod to change the FOV without using the modified AI.
Redux's FOV fix may change the game's controls and language. Change the language through the fix provided below. The controls can not be changed permanently without uninstalling the fov fix. The controls can be changed temporarily, however.

Mouse acceleration[edit]

Disable mouse acceleration[citation needed]
  1. Go to the configuration file(s) location.
  2. Open MOHAInput.ini.
  3. Change bUseViewAcceleration=true to bUseViewAcceleration=false.

Mouse sensitivity[edit]

When aiming down sights, even the smallest of mouse movements will cause the crosshair to "skip" several dozen pixels, interfering with the ability to aim precisely at small targets. This can be addressed in the following ways:
Change iron sights and scope sensitivity[citation needed]
  1. Launch game at least once and configure your controls.
  2. Go to the configuration file(s) location.
  3. Open MOHAWeapon.ini.
  4. Locate section [MOHAGame.WeaponTrueTriggerComponent] and tweak these cvars:
LateralAmplitude=0 // Multiplier for how much the scope "drifts" horizontally.
VerticalFrequency=0 // How quickly the scope drift goes through it's pattern

This will work only for singleplayer. For multiplayer you'd have to delete MOHAWeapon.ini and let game generate new one.
Not working with iron sights.

Toggle aim down sights[edit]

Toggle aim down sights[citation needed]
