- Select your preferred settings.
- Change at least one graphics setting and click Apply before proceeding (otherwise the game will not generate the necessary configuration file).
- Start a new game - or - if you have played it before, exit and skip the next step.
- Following the intro, exit the game.
- Go to configuration file(s) location.
- Edit
GameUserSettings.ini .
- Save the file without making any changes to it.
The game should now keep the settings, and also apply them correctly if they are changed again.
