Some of the tables from Pinball FX2 may not be imported to Pinball FX3 due to licensing issues. These include Plants vs. Zombies Table, Ms. Splosion Man Table, Ninja Gaiden Pinball, Street Fighter II Pinball, South Park Pinball 2 Table Pack, and South Park Pinball Table.

The following tables can not currently be imported from Pinball FX2, but are planned to possibly return:^[2] Super League – A.C. Milan Table, Super League – A.S. Roma Table, Super League – Arsenal F.C. Table, Super League – FC Barcelona Table, Super League – Juventus Table, Super League – Liverpool F.C. Table, Super League – Real Madrid C.F. Table and Super League – Zen Studios F.C. Table.
