Key points
- The game suffers from crashing at the end of any mission on computers running modern versions of Windows, regardless of failure or success in the mission.
Availability
Source | DRM | Notes | Keys | OS |
---|---|---|---|---|
Retail | The CD installer does not work on modern Windows. |
- A free demo version is available from GameFront.
Essential improvements
Patches
- Patch 2.09 updates the game to the latest version. It is available from Patches-Scrolls and GameFront.
Official Azerbaijan Campaign ("AZER2000") add-on
- AZER2000 is a replacement campaign for the Fallen Crescent campaign which provides more challenging missions as all enemy equipment is now modern.
- FTP mirror (English)
- GameFront mirror: English, French, German.
Graphics renderer
- On computers running modern versions of Windows, the only usable renderer is 3dfx with a Glide wrapper such as nGlide or dgVoodoo 2. dgVoodoo 2 is less stable and offers more graphical options. nGlide is more stable but has a limited range of settings.
