The release date of the game was first set to August 28, 2020, later moved to September 25.[2] An exclusive skin is offered as a pre-order bonus for Mafia II: Definitive Edition and Mafia III: Definitive Edition.

- The game ignores Windows settings and forces 60 Hz while in fullscreen as long as it's supported by the monitor.
