Latest build is v52. Use SuiKaze Raider's TRAOD Updater to obtain newest version. It also includes a reworked launcher and graphical enhancements (ENB series)

User Simulation at tombraiderchronicles.com created this nice tool, which can be used to play FMV, skip level, cheats here and there and much more.
