Screen flickers in menus and in-game
- The first time login to your Microsoft account window can become "stuck" and flicker continuously after a few seconds displaying a black screen.
Change your profile in-game. [14] [15] [16]
- Press the avatar icon in the top right corner of the screen in the main menu, just near your name plate. It’s the icon located just to the left of your rank badge.
- The ‘My Game Session’ window will pop-up, showing your current party. Select your own player name from the list, then choose ‘Change Profile’ in the menu that will open on the right hand side.
- You will be shown a Microsoft Window where you can sign out of your current Microsoft account, and straight into a new one.
- Note that signing in and out of your profile using this method can fix this issue as well.
