Key points
- HD remaster of the Gamecube/Wii remake of Resident Evil.
- 60 FPS support, re-done lighting, upscaled and enhanced backgrounds and textures, an extra "very easy" difficult mode, BSAA outfits from Resident Evil 5 and movement controls switchable between "Classic" (Tank controls) or "Modern".
- The game speed is bound to frame rate and has no frame skipping. With background animations being unoptimized for 1080p/60 FPS, they can sometimes cause the game to run at half its normal speed. [citation needed]
