Issues unresolved

CPU-bound performance

Only possible to mitigate issue.
DirectX 12 affects it in the margin of error.
Disable Reduce Mouse Lag
Disabled by default.
Marginally increases cursor's input lag.
Change the Shadow setting to Off[9]
Disabled shadows make the game look flat with a lot of simultaneously visible objects on screen.

Issues fixed

3440x1440 resolution missing

Set Window Mode to Windowed Fullscreen.[10][11]

Frequent campaign crashes

Reported to happen on Path of the Damned, Terror of the Tides (most notably the Wrath of the Betrayer mission) and Curse of the Blood Elves campaigns after updating to 1.33 patch and newer.
Don't click on the mini-map
Change the Particles graphical setting to Low[12]

Notes:

Doesn't fix the crash on the Lord of the Outland mission.[13]
Makes spells less detailed.
Force DirectX 12[14]

See the API section on how to force.

Notes:

Most reliable fix.
Requires DirectX 12 support from the graphics card.

If a valid offline token is not present on the system the game will refuse access to the offline mode when launched through this method. Also note that if the game is found not fully up-to-date when signing in to the online mode through this method, it will refer to the Battle.net client to update the game and then terminate itself.
