Warnings

Key points

Cannot use Alt+Tab while in-game.
No split-screen multiplayer like in the console versions.
Random Soundtrack options have always the same music order by default, Can be fixed with the Cumulative patch.
Port of the PlayStation 1 version. PC version does not include the graphical improvements from the Dreamcast release.

Cumulative patch

Adds support for widescreen resolutions in 32-bit color depth, removes the frame rate cap, along with additional fixes.
For the content from the Korean version download the content pack and add the songs to the game using the custom soundtrack feature.

Verok's patch

Modern system support, widescreen FOV and 32 bit.

Skip intro videos

Delete/rename video files[citation needed]
  1. Install the game with a full install (so videos are accessed from the hard drive).
  2. Go to <path-to-game>\Movies\
  3. Delete, move or rename ATVILOGO.dat, GrayMat.dat, NSLogo.dat and Intro.dat.

Remove fog

Edit TH2_OPT.CFG[citation needed]
  1. Go to the installation folder.
  2. Open TH2_OPT.CFG.
  3. Set FOGSCALE=500.
