Issues fixed

Can't connect to an online game

Disable non-used network adapters[citation needed]

Run the game at screen refresh rate

Fullscreen mode only offers the option to use a refresh rate of 100 Hz or less, even if the screen refresh rate is set higher than that.
Set screen refresh rate[2]
  1. Go to the configuration file(s) location.
  2. Open Video.scr with a text editor.
  3. Set MaxRefresh to the screen refresh rate (e.g. MaxRefresh(120)).
  4. Add Fullscreen() at the bottom if it doesn't exist.

The game starts with upside down, and black and white videos

Windows 8, 8.1 or later systems are affected, if experience this 'bug', just follow these instructions:

Instructions
  1. Download and extract this archive: Sniper: Ghost Warrior 'Upside down', 'black and white' menu fix
  2. Go to <path-to-game>\Game\Data\Menu\Movies folder and make a backup from the files inside.
  3. Replace the existing files, with the new ones.

Notes Now the game's background, intros etc, should be look like normal.

  2. 2.0 2.1 File/folder structure within this directory reflects the path(s) listed for Windows and/or Steam game data (use Wine regedit to access Windows registry paths). Games with Steam Cloud support may store data in ~/.steam/steam/userdata/<user-id>/34830/ in addition to or instead of this directory. The app ID (34830) may differ in some cases.
