  3. Find <LoadingscreenWaitForKeypress>true</LoadingscreenWaitForKeypress>.
  4. Change it to <LoadingscreenWaitForKeypress>false</LoadingscreenWaitForKeypress>.

Black screen fix

Change display mode in .ini file to Windowed[citation needed]
  1. Go to the configuration files location.
  2. Open ProfileData.
  3. Change <gfx_Fullscreen2>Fullscreen</gfx_Fullscreen2> to <gfx_Fullscreen2>Windowed</gfx_Fullscreen2>.
  4. You can switch to Fullscreen in game options after game's launch but will have to switch back to Windowed before exiting or edit the ProfileData file again.
Disable Fullscreen Optimizations
  1. Go to the game's installation folder in Explorer.
  2. Find Might & Magic Heroes VI.exe file.
  3. Open its properties by right clicking the file and choosing "Properties".
  4. Go to Compatibility tab.
  5. Check "Disable fullscreen optimizations" and click OK.
