Tested by playing the game with an Xbox One controller and my keyboard while cross-referencing the keyboard control layout for the Master Collection version of MGS1 with this game. Barring the 𝐀/H and 𝐁/Space keys, which had their actions reversed between MGS1 and the NES games due to the control layout of MGS1, the rest of the buttons correspond to the same layout used in the Master Collection version of MGS1.
