Allows the game to be installed from the PC, PlayStation, or Sega Saturn discs, adds XInput controller support, fixes CD music, fixes round announcements, adds the ability to skip intro videos, and corrects some text in the game.
Can also be used to update previous installations of the game.
v3.1 is based on the DOS version of the game. v3.2 is based on the Windows version of the game.
