Skip intro videos

Remove/rename files[2]
  1. Go to <path-to-game>\data\VIDEO.
  2. Delete or rename the following files: UBISOFT_HD25_6sec.ogv, UBISOFT_HD25_3sec.ogv, dotemu.ogv.

Notes

Do not remove H3Intro.ogv (the intro cinematic), as the game will crash when it is not present. It is possible to skip the video in-game using Esc, or by replacing it with a zero-length file of the same format.
