Grand Prix Legends is a singleplayer and multiplayer first-person and third-person racing game.
Officially released on April 6th 1998 as Pre-alpha and only runs on Windows 95 under certain hardware conditions.[1] Since it's probably been 20 years+. in 2007, the developer Nigel releases the patch GPLPS installer to install this patch on modern systems. In 2020, releases the updated version similar to Legends of GPL mod.[2] The YouTube channel GPLWORLD has retrieved a DVD movie of graphics comparison evolution from retail to digital by James Woods and has uploaded to YouTube.[3]

Issues unresolved
Intro movie not opening
- The game opens starting on main menu but the intro videos does not work on modern systems using AVI format.
The game starts but the profile cannot be created on correct name
- When installing the game on retail, if you create a profile, it does not save because your name does not correct it.
