Issues unresolved

Downsampling / DSR resolutions not applied

The game allows picking resolutions enabled via DSR, but only actually applies up to the desktop resolution, in both windowed fullscreen & exclusive modes.[10]
This can be worked around by changing the desktop resolution to the DSR resolution before launching, after that DSR options should apply properly in-game, though desktop resolution will need to be changed each time you want to launch it.

Even though the developers mentioned that the game would include FSR 2, it clearly only includes FSR 1 as it has the typical FSR 1 artifact of spatial upscaling, no temporal artifacts. Other users were also suggesting this. Game also includes DLSS 3.1.1 Super Resolution DLL.

Using DLSS with dev overlay shows the resolution actually being rendered by the game, selecting any DSR resolution always kept it at desktop res, despite windowed mode setting & any DPI changes applied to EXE.
