German Language Fix
- Takes the Nazi dialogue from the German release of the game and patches it over the other localizations' German dialogue. This fixes both some broken phrases and syncing/cutoffs of the dialogue.
- When using a language different than English, rename the files
localized_english_pakuo03
to the one corresponding to the desired language.
Play German Version in English
- Adds the English language files to the German version which does not offer any other language.

Water reflections rendering is broken on AMD Graphics
- On AMD Radeon GPUs running Adrenalin 22.7.1 (from July 2022) and later, the reflective water effect is broken due to the removal of the OpenGL extension GL_ATI_fragment_shader, causing the game to only render the basic non-reflective water textures. Since the removal was part of AMD's overhaul of their OpenGL renderer, GL_ATI_fragment_shader extension is considered deprecated and the company has no plans to add support of it back in the foreseeable future.
The revamped fragment shader extension, GL_ARB_fragment_shader, is fundamentally different from GL_ATI_fragment_shader and is not considered as a replacement.[5]

Extreme Mod 2/Lite 2013
- A mod which adds new sounds, textures and more.

HD Texture Enhancement
- Upscales all the Textures in the game up to 4x using ESRGAN.
- Makes the environment a little more clarified on a big screen.
- Only supports the base game.
- Slightly washes texture details.
- Crashes the game on Pathfinder, put zcod7.pk3 that contains a fixed set of textures for the level. Conflicts with skyboxes that come in a separate archive.
- Noticeably increases video memory requirement, at least 2 GB of VRAM are needed to play at 1080p.
- Any degree of anti-aliasing transparency in NVIDIA Control Panel will cause a bizarre parallax effect of multiple blended copies of a texture notably at an angle, which is especially noticeable with this mod. Best to completely disable it for the game for the best result.
