The game was released on Windows exclusively to Steam on December 26, 2020 as free-to-play because of its unfinished state, but transitioned over to a paid release on February 14, 2021 after its developers considered the game to be polished with a strong community behind it. Players who redeemed the game before the transition retained ownership of the game and was not required to repurchase.[2]
As of September 2022 players might find it hard to find public lobbies as the average daily peak is seldom more than a handful of players.[3]
