Issues resolved
Animation corruptions
- The animation cycles in the game appear to be locked to frame rate. On newer hardware, this will cause the game's frame rate to be too high and animations appear to be playing twice as fast (occurs both in-game and in-menu animations). The game uses a Vsync (enabled by default) to limit itself but it does not work in Windows 10 because Windows 10 has broken Vsync in DirectX 8.
