TOCA 2 Touring Cars, also known as TOCA 2: Touring Car Challenge in North America, is a singleplayer and multiplayer racing game developed and published by Codemasters. It is a licensed TOCA game.
It was released in Europe in December 1998, followed by the North American release on November 11, 1999.
The game has a bug where running at higher than 30 fps will breaks the car physics, so limiting the game's framerate to 30fps is recommended. (See Physics Issues.)
