Issues unresolved

Game-breaking glitch with bridge puzzle in Polluted Lake area

If you pull the levers in the wrong order, the bridge will be permanently stuck in the incorrect position, preventing progress. The only way to reverse this is to load a save prior to pulling the levers.
Follow the correct order[citation needed]
  1. Middle lever, closest to the entrance
  2. Rightmost lever, from the direction you enter the area
  3. Leftmost lever
