Fatal Frame: Mask of the Lunar Eclipse is a third-person survival horror game in the Fatal Frame/Project Zero series developed by Koei Tecmo.

This game is a remaster of Zero: Tsukihami no Kamen, originally co-developed by Grasshopper Manufacture and released as a Wii exclusive on July 31, 2008. It is the fourth game in the Fatal Frame/Project Zero franchise, and was never released outside of Japan prior to this remaster.
