The game recognises all axis available on the controller but can only use first four of it, due to settings resets after leaving the settings menu. Analogue triggers also can't be mapped to actions.

Issues fixed

Flickering game window/won't enter fullscreen properly

Use dgVoodoo2[1]
  1. Download dgVoodoo 2.
  2. Extract dgVoodooCpl.exe and the contents of the MS\x86 folder into <path-to-game>.
  3. Run dgVoodooCpl.exe, select the DirectX, tab, uncheck dgVoodoo Watermark. and Application controlled fullscreen/windowed state.
  4. Apply settings.
