Issues fixed

Installer not work on Windows 10

  1. Set installer on Windows 95 or 98/Me compatibility mode

Game Launcher not work on Windows 10

  1. Set setup.exe (and - when necessary - tourcars.exe) on Windows 95 or 98/Me compatibility mode

Issues not fixed

Game crashes before startup (any Windows)

Even if you apply the Windows 95 or 98\Me to setup.exe and tourcars.exe, you may still not run the game. If you start with setup.exe, you will get an error telling you you are starting from tourcars.exe. If you try to run TOCA 1997 from tourcars.exe (with Win 95\98 compatibility mode), you will get an error telling you the car files cannot be loaded (generated randomly).
