- Change the resolution
- Correct the FOV to widescreen
- Disable cutscene letterboxing
- Changes FPS in cutscenes to run at 30 instead of 15
- Enable 60 FPS support. Has serious issues:

- Widescreen support
- Disable cutscene letterboxing
- Changes FPS in cutscenes to run at 30 instead of 15
- Correct the UI/ HUD width in widescreen.
- Enabling this option disables shader effects.
- Enabling this option makes some UI look strange
- Disables hardware check before launch
- A modified in-game video pack.
- With this pack U can watch the FMV in 16:9 without the 2Dfix option of the ThirteenAG patch.
- Without the 2Dfix option U can now use the ThirteenAG fix without losing any shaders along with the correct aspect ratio of FMV.
- Converted from the PS2 version.
- Doesn't support aspect ratio other than 16:9.
- A fix which adds new features and fixes some bugs. Version 1.5.0 of this fix is supporting the GOG version of the game.
- Copy all the files to
<path-to-game>
- Configure the width and height and other options in
Silent_Hill_4_PC_Fix.ini
.
- Start the game with
DLLInjector.exe
.
- If the screen looks stretched, disable "Patch FOV" in
Silent_Hill_4_PC_Fix.ini
.
This is the best widescreen fix that also fixes the blur in cut scenes the other widescreen patches are not necessary.
