Hob is an action adventure game featuring cel-shaded graphics. It was made by Runic Games, a company which, prior to this games release, was most known for their work on the Torchlight games, and additionally utilizes the same Ogre engine.
Hob was announced at PAX Prime on August 2015 and first released on Playstation 4 and PC on September 26, 2017. The game was later released as Hob: The Definitive Edition exclusively for Nintendo Switch on April 17, 2019 which introduced Switch exclusive features like HD rumble and touchscreen controls, but additionally made changes to the camera and alterations to the menus and campaign.[2]
The game did receive several updates after release to fix minor issues up until the end of 2017, however the game generally doesn't have any major bugs or issues.
