Version differences

The Emperor Edition includes the base game, Frozen Fangs add-on, the Amplitude Badge, the digital artbook, and digital soundtrack. Owners of Dungeon of the Endless also receive its Deep Freeze add-on. This edition of the game eventually replaced the Classic Edition as the default one.
The Definitive Edition includes the base game and all DLC except the free ones.
The Microsoft Store version is missing the latest DLC (Monstrous Tales) and does not feature the newer franchise branding, implying a possible outdated build as well.

Issues fixed

Stuttering

Especially with large cards and/or more than six factions, the game starts to stutter in the middle to the end of the game, regardless of the performance of the hardware.[3]
