Unlock cloth physics
- Cloth physics are locked to 30 FPS by default, but can be unlocked under certain gameplay situations (e.g. after swimming) following the application of this tweak.
- Even with this tweak applied, cloth physics will still reset to 30 FPS after a cutscene or dialogue, requiring an official patch to be fully fixed.
