Borderless fullscreen windowed

Use this trick to activate a borderless fullscreen windowed mode. This method was actually only tested on Windows 7 SP1, on a PC equipped with an NVIDIA graphics card.

Dual core processors will, despite the minimum requirements, most likely work.
