"Failed to create display" NullPointerException
- This occurs when 5089 and the GLFW libraries it uses are unable to detect your primary monitor.
- Can be caused by remote control software like TeamViewer installing their own monitor drivers.
Reinstall monitors[2]

- Click on the Start button and type in Device Manager.
- From the list which appears, click the first result.
- Click on
Monitors .
- For each monitor listed, do the following:
- Right-click on the monitor in the displayed list.
- From the menu which appears, click
Update Driver .
- From the window which appears, click on
Browse my computer for driver software
- Click on
Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer .
- Select
Generic PnP Monitor from the list which is displayed.
- Click
Next .

Uninstall TeamViewer monitor driver[2]

- Open TeamViewer.
- Click on
Extras .
- From the menu which appears, click
Options .
- On the window which appears, click on
Advanced .
- If you see a button labeled
Show advanced options , click it.
- Under
Advanced network settings click on Uninstall... next to Install monitor driver .
- Click OK.
