Essential improvements[edit]

Skip intro videos[edit]

Replace video file[1]
  1. Go to <path-to-game>\PlanetAlpha\Content\Movies\.
  2. Rename or move the file Bootflow.mp4.
  3. Download an empty .mp4 file from the PCGW files section.
  4. Extract one of the files to the above location and rename it to Bootflow.mp4.

Notes

Simply removing the intro file causes the game to stay at a black screen.
Alternatively, make a copy of Chapter 01.mp4 and rename it to Bootflow.mp4 to only show a quick clip.

  1. 1.0 1.1 File/folder structure within this directory reflects the path(s) listed for Windows and/or Steam game data (use Wine regedit to access Windows registry paths). Games with Steam Cloud support may store data in ~/.steam/steam/userdata/<user-id>/485030/ in addition to or instead of this directory. The app ID (485030) may differ in some cases. Treat backslashes as forward slashes. See the glossary page for details.
