Issues fixed

Automap printing

Official DOSBox builds don't support printing.
Enable printer support[3]
  1. Set up DOSBox printer support. For the GOG.com version, the file to edit is dosboxAnvil.conf in the installation folder.
  2. Automaps can now be printed when automap output is set to Output to Printer in Options (F3).
