After a series of time-limited demos in 2020, the game was released into early access on May 20, 2021 featuring the first chapter of the game.[2] On March 24, 2022, the second chapter of the game was added to the game.[3] In an update on August 18, 2022 subtitles and extended accessibility options were introduced[4], giving foundation for translating the game in the future. However, as of now - only English is supported, with the rest of translations having to be community made.
At Realms Deep 2023, the full version was announced to be released in 2024.
The game remains in active development with the main big bug related to movement controls and the remaining chapter being worked on by developers.
