Crashing On Start

Enable Override of high DPI Settings
Right click on TheDivision2 exe in the Division 2 game folder, click on Compatibility then click change high dpi settings. Click on Override high dpi scaling behaviour, and make sure application is selected.

Sound Crackling

Lower Sound Htz for your audio Device
Lower your settings to 24btit 48000htz for your audio device your using, it doesn't have to be 24bit if you have a 16 bit sound; its the Htz settings that matter.

Issues unresolved

Bullets firing below crosshair

Disable extended aim view
Using Eye Tracking with the Extended View Aim option also enabled can cause an issue where bullets will fire lower then the crosshair when aiming down the sight. Disabling the option will resolve the issue.
