Dithered visual artifacts^[3]

This seems to be related to games Ambient Occulusion working incorrectly.

Toggle or disable ambient occulusion from games settings.^[4]

Laggy and stuttery gameplay

Disable in-game vsync
Disable in-game vsync. Additionally force vsync externally if needed. With high refresh rate monitors, try caping the framerate to 60 FPS to minimize inconsistancy with gameplay elements and minimize lagging UI elements.
