Not executable in Windows NT systems

Before installing the game, perform the following steps:
1. Open the disc in File Explorer.
2. Copy W_Spf2x.exe to %LOCALAPPDATA%\Temp
3. Now perform the following on both %LOCALAPPDATA%\Temp\W_Spf2x.exe and the Setup.exe stored on the disc:
  - Right click on both files and click on Properties, then on the Compatibility tab.
  - Enable Run this program in compatibility mode for and select Windows 95
Install the game to the root of a drive (e.g. C:\ or D:\) to ensure compatibility as the game have issues reading more than one level and directories.
After the installation have completed, perform the following steps:
1. Open the Registry Editor of Windows.
2. Browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Capcom\w_spf2x
3. Ensure SC_MODE has the value of SCREEN_MODE_640*480_8BIT_DIRECTX
4. Ensure SETUPCEHCK has the value of SETUP_ALL_OK
Launch the game using the start menu shortcut and everything should work.
