d3drm.dll is not included in Windows Vista and later.
Download missing d3drm.dll[1]
  1. Download d3drm.dll.
  2. Extract it into the installation folder.
  3. The game will now start correctly.

Game doesn't save

Star Wraith 2 can't save settings or user data in a protected location. Install outside Program Files.[1]
