Issues fixed

"File Error: Cannot find VBRUN100.DLL" error

Rattler Race needs workarounds for the missing VBRUN100.DLL.
Install missing files[citation needed]
  1. Download and run Vbrun100.exe.
  2. Move the extracted VBRUN100.DLL into the same folder as RATTLER.EXE.
