Issues fixed
The game doesn't start
- Trying to start the game via Steam turns the avatar borders green for a few seconds and then blue again. Trying to run the game's .exe directly doesn't do anything. There are a few different solutions to this problem.
DualShock[citation needed]
|
- Some users have problems starting the game with a DualShock controller connected to their computer. Try to disconnect it.[6]
|
Enable GPU Upscaling (for AMD users)[citation needed]
|
- Open the Catalyst Control Panel
- Click on 'My Digital Flat Panels'
- Select 'Properties'
- Tick the box 'Enable GPU Upscaling'
|
Change CPU affinity (For those with 4+ CPU cores)[citation needed]
|
- Download a program which will allow you to permanently change the CPU affinity on process startup
- Launch the game, and go into the program of your choosing
- Look for MK10.exe
- Change the CPU affinity to CPU0-3
|
Framerate Issue
- This fix works only if the game is in Fullscreen and the refresh rate is at 60 Hz or 59,95 Hz
Use Adaptive V-Sync (for Nvidia users)[citation needed]
|
- Open the Nvidia Control Panel
- Click on 'Manage 3D Settings'
- Select 'Mortal Kombat X' (If it's not listed Add mk10.exe)
- Select 'Adaptive' from 'Vertical Sync' list
