Incorrect audio

In the prison cell, you should hear a classic water drop, and footsteps approaching. Under one incorrect form of audio, the water sounds like a bell, and the footsteps sound like slap bass, and is caused by an incorrect MIDI device.

  1. Return to launcher and edit the game options. See Engine:ScummVM#Access individual game options
  2. Under the Audio tab, enable Override global audio settings
  3. Change Music decide to AdLib emulator, or MT-32 emulator.
    • The latter requires additional files not included with ScummVM.
  4. Click OK to save changes.
  • You can also edit lure.ini directly, and add music_driver=adlib or music_driver=mt32 to the game's section.
