- In all releases, manual lookup is used for copy protection.
- Uses an anachronistic age verification quiz at every launch. The quiz has to be solved in order to experience explicit adult content of the game. This feature is also present in all digital re-releases. See: Issues fixed.
Version differences
- The GOG.com and ZOOM Platform re-releases are a bundle based on the 1997 Leisure Suit Larry: Collection Series. They include:

Issues fixed
Stuck at the intro quiz
- Due to its nature, the game uses a period-correct trivia quiz to verify the user's age. These questions have to be answered every time the game is launched in order to experience explicit adult content of the game.
Use a cheat code[4]
|
- Select your age group as 18-25 or over 25.
- On the screen with the first question use Alt+Ctrl+X to skip the quiz.
- The game will then let you pick the level of "filth".
|
- Unlike in the previous installments, the game can be played without answering the questions correctly. Yet, the number of correct answers determines how explicit its adult content is.
- The game can also be played without answering any questions by selecting the 13-17 age group. In such case explicit adult content will not be revealed.
Stuck in the theater lobby or the locker room / Can't progress in the game
- The game uses manual-based copy protection, which is also present in all digital re-releases. A code has to be entered at specific points in the game in order to progress.
Use a cheat sheet[5]
|
Look up the correct numbers on the list provided by Al Lowe.
