- The original American release is the censored version. It was released as Leisure Suit Larry: Magna Cum Laude.
- The international release is uncensored. It was released as Leisure Suit Larry: Magna Cum Laude (Uncut) in Europe and re-released in the US as Leisure Suit Larry: Magna Cum Laude (Uncut and Uncensored!).
