Essential improvements

120 FPS

Increase FPS limit
  1. Go to game registry location
  2. Look for GraphicsSettings_Model
  3. Right click and click "Modify", on the right side of the hex editor there are readable texts
  4. Find FPS, change them to any supported framerates you like.

Notes

As of v1.0.5, there are only 30, 60, and 120 FPS options are working. Using anything other makes game reset FPS to default.
Using anything other than 30 and 60 FPS will make graphics options disappear and be very laggy, also not getting controller input. Tune graphics settings in advance
