Audio/Video desync in cinematics

Some cinematics are encoded in 3840x2160 size and for some reason on some computers they run slightly slowly, causing desync of video and audio tracks
Re-encode cinematics to 1920x1080
  1. You'll need ffmpeg (https://www.gyan.dev/ffmpeg/builds/ffmpeg-git-essentials.7z). Unpack ffmpeg.exe from archive to <path-to-game>\video\
  2. Create a new blank file and name it run.cmd

  1. Run run.cmd. It will take several hours depending on your computer and will re-encode cinematics. Backuped original files will be stored in BACKUP folder. You could delete it afterwards saving 12G of space if game will perform normally.
  2. Delete ffmpeg.exe and run.cmd files.
  3. If you would want to speed up encode by lowering quality, you can change -preset slower to -preset slow or -preset medium or even -preset fast
